Santa Claus
The main scene of the card is printed on an inset black background. It features Santa Claus in a red suit adding decorations to a Christmas tree. There is one white package with a red bow underneath the tree. Printed beneath the image is "For a Merry Christmas." There is handwriting at the bottom which reads "With love. Bessie B."

The greeting card is oriented horizontally. It features a woman's brown-haired head and shoulders on the left. Only her profile is visible as she is looking off to the left side of the card. The poem reads "Here's to turkey when you're hungry / Champagne when you're dry / A pretty girl when you need her / And Heaven when you die." There is handwriting along the bottom as well.

The card features two children, a boy in yellow and a girl in green, who are sitting and reading from a book. Their clothes are open in the back so their behinds are bare. One in green with a white cap and glasses is standing at a wooden fence talking to the woman across it, who has her mouth open and is wearing a reddish cap. Behind them are two houses in the distance. The poem reads "Don't talk about your neighbors! If your tongue needs exercise chew gum." There is handwriting all over the blank spaces of the card.

Woman and Soldier Say Farewell

In the center of the card, a girl in a blue dress and white apron is being held by a soldier in green with a sword. Behind them is a gated fense, trees, and flowers. The German print reads "[Morgen marschiren wir, :||: ade, :||: / Wie lieblich sang die Nachtigall, / Vor meinos Siobchens haus, / Vorklungen ist nun Sang und Schall, / Das Sieben ist nun aus. / [E]s [nufs] geschieden sein. Ade!" The general meaning is the man is marching to war and saying goodbye. There is handwriting on the card as well.
