In the upper left there is a smaller circular inset also showing Santa Claus, although in a slightly different style of red suit, and carrying a tree. The bottom of the card reads "Christmas Wish / Oh, for a glimpse of the old home / And its dear ones, tried and true; / I'd be so happy if I could / Spend Christmas Day with you."

An account of the resource
Father Christmas, in a blue coat and red hat, is driving a green and red car. The back is overflowing with toys, everything from dolls to drums. There is an inset poem reading "Be merry and full of Joy / Every [picture of girl] and every [picture of boy] / May your [picture of stockings] be full of good things, / And your [picture of heart] be gay as everybody sings / A Merry Christmas." It is handwritten addressed "To Harvey" "from Anna".
