The card presents a head and shoulders view of Uncle Sam in military uniform. He has gray hair and a white beard, and is wearing an unhappy expression on his face. The uniform is tan and includes many colored bars on his chest as well as a hard hat with an oak leaf. Part of the background is blue with white stars. The bottom reads, "In Berlin, our 'friend,' the enemy said, 'Uncle Sam won't fight.'" and then "Watch the old boy" in larger red letters.
