Pictured, from left to right, are Harlan G. Melcheor, Joel F. Nelson, George F. Jansen, Maurice Brown and Carl F. Kleinschmidt in the Iowa Trust and Savings Bank, located on the 1st floor of the B & I Building. Maurice Brown, the bank vice-president and manager, also appears in KL 146-246. A June, 1912 calendar hangs on the bank cage at right. This negative is broken into 8 pieces. The number “248” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture and the number “2” has been written in the upper left corner.
