The Rhomberg Brothers Company wholesale liquors building. The face of the building has 7 windows on the second story with a sign underneath the middle three saying, "Wholesale: Rhomberg Bros. Co: Liquors". There is a sidewalk coming from the right of the picture, and curving left and back towards the building. There is a wooden staircase leading up to double doors on the left side of the building. There is also another wooden staircase on the right side of the building leading to another door. In the front of the building is a large grassy "yard", and in front of that is a cement street or lot. There is a wooden building off to the right of the photograph, next to the building.
