[Wooded Area Surrounding Catfish Creek]

A heavily wooded area is visible. Catfish Creek is in the center of the photograph, and is seen depositing into the Mississippi River. There is a train bridge that crosses over the creek, just where it meets the Mississippi River. The Illinois banks are visible on the other side of the river. The Julien Dubuque Monument is visible in the upper left corner of the photograph, some shielded by trees.
