<dcterms:description><![CDATA[In the office area of a larger room, a man, dressed in a suit, wearing a light colored straw hat and holding a cigar in one hand and a pencil in the other, is seated next to a desk. A male employee of the establishment appears to be writing on a document. Behind this man, another male employee is seated at another desk. A sign for “Havana Sticks Cigar 5¢“ is between the desks. On the other side of the office area, a woman is typing at a typewriter. A stenographer’s notebook is propped on a stand beside the typewriter. Numerous photographs of individuals, a horse and outdoor scenes are pinned to the area around her desk. Attached to the wall above her desk are larger prints and photographs. Attached to the rear wall between the desks, are a monthly calendar for “January,” and a map of Iowa with locations marked on it. Next to the map is an open doorway. Attached to the door frame is a day calendar reading “WED 5 JUN” and advertising "John Kirkpatrick Cheese" To the right of the calendar is a poster for “Barrington Hall Coffee.” Display cases for cigars and cans of tobacco, or possibly Barrington Hill Coffee, are visible beyond the office area. The number “67” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “2” is written in the upper left corner.]]></dcterms:description>
