Witch with Butterfly Wings Emerges Out of Nutshell
Description
Against a starburst background, a witch in a white and gold dress emerges from a large nutshell that has split in half. She has on a crown with a star and lifts a wand in her right hand. Her wings are butterfly-shaped and decorated with four jack-o-lanterns. "A Lucky Halloween" is printed across the top of the card and, at the bottom, "May the Hallowe'en nutshell / unto you a good fortune tell."
Two children - a boy in a blue sailor's uniform and another in a red military uniform with yellow hat - carry between them a large pumpkin attached to a carrying stick. "Hallowe'en" is printed across the top.
A black cat is sitting in the middle of a light-colored circle, with a broomstick next to it. Scattered around are four jack-o-lanterns. "A Merry Hallowe'en" is printed at the top of the card.
A witch wearing a red dress and hat as well as pointy black shoes is riding on a broomstick. A pumpkin with a face is stuck onto the front of it, and she controls it using reins. A frightened black cat with a red ribbon on its tail perches on her shoulder. There are stars around them. At the top of the card there is an owl in a tree and two bats flying in front of a crescent moon. At the bottom, a row of jack-o-lanterns scares another black cat. "A Jolly Hallowe'en" is printed above them.
The center of the card is taken up by a car made out of a striped gourd - its wheels are slices of squash too. A pumpkin or vegetable of some sort with a face is driving, while a witch in black and red with her broomstick and black cat ride in the back. In the upper left is a crescent moon with bat flying under it. "Halloween" is printed in the bottom right.
A black cat, standing on its hind feet, is holding a baton and directing six singing jack-o-lanterns. One pumpkin is wearing a tall green witch's hat. There are also two mice sitting by the pumpkins and two bats flying overhead with the moon in the background. The greeting at the top reads "Sing a song of HALLOWEEN / Pumpkins everywhere / Cats and bats and witches / are flying through the air".
A black cat, hair on end and tail up, is hissing at the reflection of itself in a mirror. Behind it, a small boy has grabbed its tail. There is a red wall in the background with framed paintings hanging upon it. "A Jolly Hallowe'en" is printed in the lower left corner.
A young witch dressed in yellow is seated at the right side of the card. Her broomstick lies in front of her, and three black cats sit next to it. The print at the top reads "This little witch of Hallowe'en, / Is telling to her cats a greeting / Which on their broomsticks they're to carry you / With wishes for a speedy meeting."
Against a varigated blue background, three jack-o-lanterns with white ghost-robes beneath them are carrying terrified black cats. Each cat has paws extended, whiskers standing on end, and eyes wide open. There are stars in the background, and a witch flying over the moon in the very upper left. "A Thrilling Hallowe'en" is printed at the bottom.
