This postcard is oriented vertically and is set in a snowy nighttime scene with Santa Claus in the center surrounded by three young, excited, and cheering children. He wears a red robe and hat and holds a small Christmas tree in both hands over his left shoulder, while over his right hangs a woven basket full of toys. He looks down at the small child in front of him wearing a sleeveless white dress and blue and white striped socks. This child's hands are held on either side by another child. On the left side of the card is a young boy wearing a blue sailor suit with white stripes over his shoulders. He has dark brown hair and uses his left hand to raise his blue cap off of his head into the air. On the right side of the postcard is a young girl with a long braid and bow in her hair. She wears a short-sleeve golden dress with white lace trim. Around the feet of the children are large holly leaves and holly berries. In the background is a starry sky and lit homes covered in snow. In the upper left corner it reads "Merry Christmas" in gold lettering.
