Father Christmas is dressed in a long red coat and is pulling out a doll from his overflowing bag, which he has set down in the middle of a lane. At the end of the lane is a large house, with evergreen trees and a fence surrounding it. "Xmas Best Wishes" is printed in the snow at his feet.
Father Christmas stands beside a stream, with a bridge and house in the background before a forest. He has on a long red coat and carries a bag, dolls, and drum as well as a walking stick in his left hand. "A Merry Christmas" is printed at the bottom.
Santa Claus is dressed in a red suit with white trim, reading a list by the light of the lantern he holds in his left hand. Under his right arm are tucked a trumpet and a package. He's standing on the porch of a white house with a wooden door. Printed under his feet is, "I'll be there to-night / so turn down the light / hang up your stocking / and close your eyes tight".
The card is rendered in a cartoon style. Father Christmas is in a red robe and brown hat with a sprig of evergreen. He faces to the left of the card and carries a suitcase-like bag, bag on his pack, bundle of sticks, and piece of paper. There is a small evergreen at his feet. He faces the door of one house while there are more in the background. "Herzliche Weihnachtzegrusse" is printed at the bottom of the card.
The card features a brown-haired boy in blue and a red-haired girl in yellow. The boy is seated on a rock while the girl stands; his is offering her something, presumably butter. The path they are on winds back to a house in the background right. Printed beneath their feet is the question "Do you love anything better than butter?" with a handwritten "(anyone)" over the word anything.
The card features a wooden framed view covered in holly and icicles. Inside a wreath in the scene is a cat. Behind it is a snow-covered hill with a house in the background. Printed at the bottom is "With every Good Wish for a Joyful Christmas."
The card features three cats standing on their hind legs: a tabby, orange and black, and black and white. All three are holding sheets of music and are singing. Behind them is an ivy-covered two-story house and the moon in the sky. The text at the bottom reads "These household cats are really up to scratch / Giving a sort of midnight mews-ic match!"
In the front right there is a white fence with large pink blossoms inside. In the background, there is a house with a stream and bridge over it across the field. There's an inset of a white-bearded man in the upper left. To the right, a printed poem: "And sweet homes nestle in these dells / And perch along these wooded swells / And blest beyond Arcadian vales / They hear the sound of Sabbath bells / John Greenleaf Whittier".
The card depicts a country scene of a couple barns and house. Outside, there are some wagons, a fence, and other farm equipment, as well as one person walking toward the yellow house. The card's border is yellow, and ""Winter in the Country"" is printed at the bottom.
Printed at the top of the card is "A Merry Christmas" with a small sprig of holly. Most of the card is taken up with a snowy scene of a snow-covered house, bridge, stream, and trees in the background.
