The third man from the left is holding a small black colored dog. Behind the automobiles and the men are buildings. The first two buildings have large windows along the sidewalk. The second building has a ladder starting at the second floor and extending upward for a fire escape. The second building has, &quot;Theis &amp; Johnson: Auto Repairs / Machine Shop&quot; written on the windows. In other windows there is, &quot;Firestone Tires&quot; and &quot;Willard Storage Batteries&quot; on signs. The exterior of the building is a darker stone on the first floor and a lighter stone on the second and third floors. The main entrance is the middle building where there is a double door at the top of a set of stairs that lead down to a dirt road that winds around the grounds. The left and right buildings have no windows in the second and third floors, just spaces for windows. This may be because this building is still under construction. On either side of the main door are two light globe fixtures set on the stone &quot;pillars&quot;. Various windows are open in the middle building. There is a large stone smokestack to the right of the buildings. To the left and behind the buildings is an electrical pole.]]></dcterms:description>

At the top of the staircase are two lights that sit on either side of the sidewalk. To the left of this building is a connected building, that may be a church.     <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Three stone buildings connected to one another by the first floor that make up the Sunncycrest Sanatorium, now Sunnycrest Manor. The center building has a main doorway where a sidewalk leads down a set of stairs and connects to a dirt road. In front of the set of stairs is a parked car. The building is a darker colored stone on the first floor and the second and third floor exterior walls is a lighter color. The right and left building look most similar to one another because of the same amount of windows on each story of the buildings. There is a small area on the middle building, towards the back, that may be a possible room with two small windows facing the right side. The three buildings sit on a small hill that is covered in dirt and leaves. Not all the windows appear to have actual windows, just spaces where windows will be put, which may point to this building still being under construction. The empty windows spaces are most evident in the two buildings on either side of the central building.]]></dcterms:description>

Rath&#039;s business was located on the corners of Clay Street (now Central Ave.) and 12th Street. The main building in focus is a tall three story building made of brick.
