    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This house is up on a dirt hill and looks to be just finished with construction or almost finished. There is a curved sidewalk leading up to the house that starts in the lower left part of the photograph and moves towards the right side and curves again to the left towards the front or side door. The door is up a set of stone stairs and the door has a small arched roof over it.  On the second story of the home, there is a sign in the window directly above the door that reads, &quot;This is another one of Voelker&#039;s Buildings&quot;. On the right side of the house is a larger covered porch with a double door. The winding sidewalk has one step that leads to another sidewalk that winds around the house.]]></dcterms:description>
