    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[On September 25, 1969, an estimated 200 Loras students held a “panty raid” at Clarke College’s Mary Josita Hall. In about 20 minutes, Loras students stole clothing and personal property of the dormitory residents, and broke two windows, and coused $600 property damage.<br />

There is a small, rocky hill towards the foreground of the photograph that the railroad is in between. the rocky hill then ends to an area filled with trees towards the background of the image. An allied soldier is standing to the left of the railroad and looking at the photographer.
