The photographer is standing on one bank of the river. The bridge is made of stone and has 5 arches that are underneath the main walkway of the stone bridge. There are round stone pieces in between each of the arches. In between the 2nd and 3rd arches is an electrical pole that stands above the bridge walkway. After the last arch is another electrical pole. the Meuse River runs through the arches. Debris is scattered underneath the back side of the bridge on the opposite bank. There is a building behind the bridge that has taken damage from a battle of World War I. There also appears to be a church in the far background that is missing square pieces of roof and has holes in the side of it. There are also electrical poles scattered around the buildings that are on the opposite bank.]]></dcterms:description>
