Father Christmas is dressed in a long red coat with white fur trim. He has a brown sack of toys on his back, dolls at his belt, and toys in his hands as he emerges, slightly crouched, from a tall gray fireplace. A white cat peers around the edge of the fireplace, which is decorated with holly, a mantel clock, and a picture frame. "A Happy Christmas To You" is printed along the bottom of the card.
