The card shows a head-and-shoulders view of Santa Claus against a cloudy sky; he is wearing a holly crown in his white hair, and his beard is also full. Handwritten at the bottom is "To wish you a happy Christmas [unknown] Dec. 25th 1902".

Inside a holly wreath, a brown-haired woman dressed in white with a white star over her head holds a crown in her left hand and a green branch in her left. "Xmas Greeting" is printed above and "Peace on Earth / Good Will to Man" below.
