Creator

Description

A view looking east, of two bridges. The railroad bridge is on the left, and a passenger bridge may be seen on the right. The floor of the passenger bridge is constructed of wooden planks. Electrical and telephone wires and cables span the expanse of the river, supported by poles mounted on the railroad bridge. Note the man seated on the west river bank, between the bridges. Row boats are visible on the western shore, near the base of one of the stone supports of the passenger bridge. The number 1254 is written on a label which has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
