Description
A flat bottom vessel, apparently a barge, is under construction in the Dubuque harbor. Small boathouses with doors that open at the water line, a warehouse, several sheds, and a small boat in dry dock are also visible. The number 1332 is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
