Description
This image shows the second building erected on the site of what was once known as St. Joseph College in Dubuque, Iowa. The chapel portion of the building is partially visible on the left side of the image. The building fronted on 14th Street, known later as Loras Boulevard. St. Joseph’s College later changed its name to the present Loras College. The number 1273 is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
