[A picnic shelter near the childrens' playground in Union park in Dubuque, Iowa]

Loemker, Herman J., 1868-1937

A rustic, open pavilion is shown at the foot of a hill. The structure is constructed of large sticks cut to various lengths, and attached to a wooden frame. A woman, with her back to the camera, is shown standing in the pavilion. Other figures are faintly visible inside the structure. A lamp post may be seen close to the front steps of the structure. The number 1367 is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
