Description

The G.F. Kleih Sons Hardware Store. The storefront is a large window separated into 3 panes. Above the window is square tile design that makes up the face of the building. Within the tile is the word Kleih. Also above the window is a small fabric awning that says, "Hardware & Stoves." To the left of the window, the sidewalk goes back to a door. The left pane window features an oven with a sign, "Black with Nickle Trim: 20 Oven & Reservoir: Special $90.00." The middle pane window shows a cut-out of an older woman who is using a "New Perfection Oil Range" with a teapot sitting on the range. Underneath this, there is a sign that says, "Union Roller Skates: Boys $1.85, Girls $2.00" that is sitting above some wheels. The right window pane shows a lighter colored oven with a sign that reads, "Choice of Azure-Blue or Grey Porcelain Guaranteed 25 years, Sanico Special." On the floor there are cans of "No. 331 Wick" and below these windows is a separate area of windows that shows a "Mobiloil" sign with a saw, an iron, and various other hand tools.
