[Boat with "White City" Sign Pulled Up to Dock]

There is also a man behind the boat wearing a hat, a lighter colored shirt, and darker pants, also standing on the dock. This man is holding a stick that is extended into the water behind the boat. The water extends behind them with trees on the shore and to the left. There is a smaller, wooden boat behind the men on the other side of the dock with oars.
