[Willkommen Sign Outside of Building]

An arched "Willkommen" sign stands over a staircase outside of a building. Willkommen translates from German to "Welcome." There are flags around the arch. Some larger, which are the United States' flag, and some smaller U.S. flags, a three striped flag, and a flag with what appears to be keys and other designs. On top of the arched sign is a cross. There are more stairs that lead up to the brick building.
