[First Church of Christ Scientist]

The First Church of Christ Scientist that was built in 1911, as the cornerstone states at the left side of the building and photograph. The church is located on the corner of Bluff and 9th Streets, facing 9th. It is a 2 story, small building with windows on all sides of the church. The front of the church has four, large white, and smooth columns. There are a set of 5 stone stairs that lead up to where the columns rest. The front doors of the church stand behind the columns. A rounded window is at the top floor of the building, above the columns. There is a fire hydrant out front of the building, near the corner of the two streets. The streets are brick. There are also brick buildings on either sides of the church.
