Sports were an extremely popular pastime at Loras College. Teams ranged from the usual suspects - baseball, basketball, and football - to a robust intramural program that included everything from bowling to table tennis and horseshoes. Loras’ bowling team was especially prolific in their victories, bringing home trophies throughout multiple years. The Rock Bowl was not only a popular spot for football games, but also a place to socialize and enjoy Homecoming festivities.
